This Privacy Policy applies to the DirtBite mobile app ("DirtBite," "the App"). DirtBite is a mobile application for dirt track racing chassis setup.

Information We Collect

DirtBite does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal information through the App.

Local Device Storage

Setup information you enter into DirtBite, such as corner weights, tire pressures, chassis settings, notes, and saved setups, is stored locally on your device only.

This information is not sent to DirtBite servers because DirtBite does not use backend servers to collect or store user setup data.

Import and Export

DirtBite allows you to import and export setup files, including files with the .dirtbite extension.

When you choose to share or export a file, the file is transferred using your device's native sharing options, such as AirDrop, text message, email, or other apps you select.

DirtBite does not route exported files through our servers or any DirtBite-operated intermediary.

Third-Party Services

DirtBite does not include third-party services that collect user data through the App.

• No analytics SDKs.
• No advertising SDKs.
• No account creation system.
• No cloud sync or remote database for user setups.
• No in-app tracking of personal information.

If you choose to share an exported file using a third-party service such as email or messaging, that service's privacy practices are governed by its own policies, not this one.

Children's Privacy

DirtBite does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your Data Choices

Because DirtBite does not collect or store personal data on our systems, there is no server-side account data for us to access, correct, or delete.

If you want to remove data stored by the App on your device, you can delete saved data from within the App if that option is available, clear the App's local data, or uninstall the App.

Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

If future versions of DirtBite add analytics, accounts, cloud sync, crash reporting, or other features that involve data collection or transmission, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are released.
